Job description for HR Development at Talon

Our client is looking for an HR Development with placement in Tebet. If you are interested feel free to check the detail:

Responsibilites:
1. Training and Development
Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to upskill employees.
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and align development programs with organizational goals.
Ensure training records are maintained and training sessions meet regulatory requirements.
2. Performance Management
Supervise the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Provide guidance and feedback to department managers on performance improvement plans.
3. Employee Engagement and Retention
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
Analyze turnover rates and propose strategies to improve employee retention.
4. HR Data and Reporting
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management review.
Utilize HR analytics to drive data-driven decisions.
5. Policy Development and Compliance
Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with company regulations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding and experience of structure organization, training and development, KPI, employee engagement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • This position in supervisor or specialist level
  • The candidate must be a non muslim

Preferred:
  • Experience in the healthcare or clinic industry is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Has experience with PDCA is a strongly plus
  • Fluent in English is prefered
