Job description for HR Development Manager at Maxon Prime Technology
Requirements :
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in HR, with 3 years in a managerial role.
3. Proven experience in managing general affairs and operational support.
4. Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
5. Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
6. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities :
1. Draft and manage employment contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
2. Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
3. Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
4. Oversee general affairs, including office management, procurement of supplies, and administrative functions.
5. Collaborate with management to foster a positive workplace culture.
6. Communicate effectively in English with management, staff, and external stakeholders.
