Job description for HR Development Manager at PT LIANHE TRADING INDONESIA
Responsibilities:
Manage overall HR and GA operations within the company
Handle recruitment process, manpower planning, and employee onboarding
Monitor payroll, attendance, overtime, BPJS, and employee administration
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies
Handle industrial relations, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement
Coordinate expatriate administration such as RPTKA, VISA, and KITAS
Support communication between foreign management and local employees
Maintain HR reports, employee database, and company documents
Familiar with SIINAS reporting and related government reporting systems
Coordinate with government institutions, KEK administrator, and related authorities when needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years experience as HR Manager in manufacturing company
Familiar with Indonesian labor law and HR operational processes
Experience in handling PMA company and expatriate matters is preferred
Familiar with LKPM ,OSS,WLKP reporting is preferred
English skill will be an advantage
Good communication and leadership skills
Able to work independently and under pressure
