2. Usia 30 - 45 tahun

3. Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi / Hukum / Managemen

4. Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun

5. Bisa mengoperasikan Ms. Office

6. Mampu menghandle seluruh SDM

7. Memahami proses recruitment, training, payroll, kompensasi, data absensi

8. Terbiasa menggunakan modul alat tes (psikotest)

9. Memahami proses BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan

10. Menguasai peraturan Ketenagakerjaan & perizinan lainnya

11. Penempatan Jakarta Selatan (Senopati) & Jakarta Pusat (Menteng)
