Requirements

Fresh Graduate dari jurusan Statistik, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Industri atau jurusan terkait.
Menguasai Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Table, Lookup, IF, SUMIFS, dll.).
Memahami pengolahan data, data cleaning, reporting, dan pembuatan dashboard.
Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan Lark (Base, Sheets, Dashboard, Automation) menjadi nilai tambah.
Teliti, komunikatif, mampu bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim, serta memiliki kemauan belajar yang tinggi.
Memiliki kemampuan analisis data dan problem solving yang baik.

Job Description

Membuat dashboard & report HR di Lark.
Melakukan data cleaning, validasi, dan update database HR.
Membuat automation workflow untuk proses administrasi HR.
Mengolah data HR dan memberikan insight untuk tim.
Memastikan data HR selalu akurat, rapi, dan up-to-date.
