Job description for HR Coordinator at Nirvana Life Bali
The Human Resources Department requires an additional HR Coordinator to support the increasing workload and day-to-day HR operations.
Job responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation logistics.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events (employee relations & staff activities)
- Manage the registration, administration, and reporting of employee BPJS (Health and Employment Social Security) programs
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
Experience with payroll systems and basic labour law knowledge (preferred).
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Experience recruiting in hospitality industry (hotel, restaurant, wellness center) is preferred
