Tentang Pekerjaan：

Kami mencari kandidat HR yang berpengelaman di industri Konstruksi dan mampu berbahasa Inggris untuk mendukung operasional Human Resource perusahaan.

Tanggung Jawab:

Mengelola administrasi HR (data karyawan, kontrak, dokumen)
Membantu proses rekrutmen (posting lowongan, screening CV, interview awal)

Kualifikasi:

Pria / Wanita, usia 22–35 tahun
Pendidikan minimal S1 (Psikologi / Manajemen SDM / Hukum / Administrasi lebih disukai)
Pengalaman HR di bidang konstruksi (Wajib)
Wajib mampu berbahasa Inggris (minimal komunikasi dasar–menengah)
Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Komunikatif, teliti, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab
