Job Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly payroll processes accurately and on time.
- Handle employee overtime calculations and administration.
- Manage BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, including registration, changes, and termination.
- Process employee reimbursement and ensure proper documentation.
- Manage employee commissions and incentive calculations.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll and compensation records.
- Prepare payroll-related reports and support HR reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with Finance and other relevant departments regarding payroll and employee benefits.
- Ensure payroll and compensation processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Payroll.
- Strong experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Familiar with overtime, BPJS, reimbursement, commission, and employee benefits.
- Hands-on experience using Talenta is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of payroll calculations and HR administration.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of employee compensation data.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadline
