Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Experience in the same position for 3 years - 5 years, scope is payroll specialist and Tax IIT 21/IIT 26.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to compensation and benefits for manufacturing industries.

Proficient in computer operation, particularly in Microsoft Office, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Pivote and depth analysis.

Attention to detail to ensure accurate payroll processing and data entry for more than 1000 employees.

Proven ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various priorities and meet deadlines.

Conduct recording, analysis, and payment process for all employees and prepare monthly payroll cost reports.

Liaise with related divisions to conduct validation and reconciliation of every compensation transaction.

Prepare Payroll Report details for further process in Finance Division.

Calculate, report, and ensure all of BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan and PPh 21 of all employees are processed accurately.

Maintain and prepare the tax calculation on benefits in kind which have been paid to employees.

Reconcile headcount, salaries, and other income data (such as overtime or incentives) between employee database or hard copies and Payroll System including logging and report of any payroll cases.
