Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in the same position for 3 years - 5 years, scope is payroll specialist and Tax IIT 21/IIT 26.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to compensation and benefits for manufacturing industries.
- Proficient in computer operation, particularly in Microsoft Office, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Pivote and depth analysis.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate payroll processing and data entry for more than 1000 employees.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various priorities and meet deadlines.
- Chinese speaker minimum HSK 3.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct recording, analysis, and payment process for all employees and prepare monthly payroll cost reports.
- Liaise with related divisions to conduct validation and reconciliation of every compensation transaction.
- Prepare Payroll Report details for further process in Finance Division.
- Calculate, report, and ensure all of BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan and PPh 21 of all employees are processed accurately.
- Maintain and prepare the tax calculation on benefits in kind which have been paid to employees.
- Reconcile headcount, salaries, and other income data (such as overtime or incentives) between employee database or hard copies and Payroll System including logging and report of any payroll cases.
