HR Associate
Responsibilities:
1. Communicating with potential job candidates.
2. Contacting candidate references and verifying education listings.
3. Managing HR records including, résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms.
4. Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
5. Issuing new employees with enrollment documents.
6. Conducting employee orientations.
7. Explaining employee benefits.
8. Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
9. Maintaining employee confidentiality.
10. Assisting with the distribution of training material
11. Develop procedures for maintaining filing system for all incoming and outgoing corporate documents.
12. Help employees explaining benefit programs
13. Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements
14. Maintain manager and employee confidence by keeping Human Resources information confidential
Selection Criteria:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in Human Resources
3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Video Technology (Zoom/Skype/Google Meet)
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Friendly and professional demeanor.
6. Good organizational skills.
7. Advanced knowledge of employment law.
8.Empathy and an approachable demeanor.
9. Attentiveness and honesty.
