Job description for HR Assistant at Peacegeneration Indonesia

Who are we?

PeaceGeneration Indonesia is a social enterprise engaged in learning media, training, and peace education campaigns. Since 2007, PeaceGen has been actively working with various donors and strategic partners to promote peace in Indonesia. We currently have several projects focusing on capacity building for socio-emotional learning using the 12 Basic Values ​​of Peace approach.

The 12 Basic Value of Peace consists of the following:

We are currently looking for an HR Assistant. Check out the qualifications below:

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Male/Female
  2. Graduate from Office Administration Vocational School (SMK), D3 Office Administration or any relevant major
  3. Preferably have work experience of more than 1 year (full-time/freelance/internship), but less than 1 year are welcome to apply
  4. Proficient in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Suits
  5. Able to speak Indonesian well and has basic English skills
  6. Familiar with a fast-paced working environment
  7. Experienced in managing administrative work
  8. Able to adapt and a fast-learner
  9. Have good interpersonal skills
  10. Able to work in a team
  11. Live in Bandung

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Helping HR Officer in managing administration such as contracts, letters, attendees list, etc
  2. Helping in the recruitment process, such as job posting, handling candidate database, making an announcement
  3. Assisting employee onboarding and offboarding process
  4. Managing HR mails
  5. Helping HR Officer in coordination with multi-team and division
  6. Involve in preparing for events such as socialization and other events needed
  7. Assisting in maintaining communication with other employees, vendors, consultants, etc
