Aira Infinity, a platform of InfoSparks LLC, is a crypto-enabled digital advertising and task-reward platform designed to connect eligible users with advertising activities, sponsored campaigns, and digital tasks.
The platform operates through defined packages, qualifying digital activities, sponsored campaigns, verification procedures, and applicable reward and payout conditions.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced National & International HR Head to lead the company's workforce expansion across multiple countries.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the global HR structure, appointing Country HR Managers, establishing recruitment systems, setting manpower targets, and coordinating HR operations across different markets.
This is a senior leadership position for someone capable of building and managing a large, multi-country organization.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or workforce management.
- Experience managing large recruitment teams is strongly preferred.
- International or multi-country HR experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience building recruitment systems from the ground up.
- Ability to manage Country HR Managers and Regional HR teams.
- Strong understanding of digital recruitment and social-media hiring.
- Ability to work with international teams and multiple time zones.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and decision-making skills.
