- Recruiting and selecting candidates from various channels such as Jobseek, LinkedIn, Facebook Page, etc...
- Limit the selection of candidates for the qualifications of each position.
- Conducting a basic interview via telephone conversation or phone interview to screen preliminary applicants
- Interview candidates to collect preliminary details before forwarding the first screening applicants
- Manpower planning in all departments, both short-term and long-term
- Assess the number of employees to be consistent with reality. To reduce expenses related to salary
- Identify various company regulations and evaluate performance through the KPI process
- Analysis and planning Training for knowledge development
- Communicate closely with hiring managers for each department about requested positions, job scope and Headcount Planning, specifically to strategize and prepare buffer candidates.
- Weekly update with stakeholders and hiring managers for recruitment status with tracking system
- Payroll & Tax Pph21 every month for all employee
- Hands-on other assignments
- Create & Review Contract NDA & PKS
