Job description for HR & Legal Supervisor at PT Buat Orangtua Bangga
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Supervisor or HR & Legal Supervisor, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, Industrial Relations, and employment regulations.
- Experience in handling employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance management, and termination processes.
- Familiar with employment contracts, company legal documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HRIS.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
