Human Resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee orientation.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee regulations in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and performance management.
Coordinate training and development programs to improve employee competencies.
Monitor attendance, leave administration, overtime, and employee data records.
Support payroll administration and employee benefits management.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Legal & Corporate Affairs
Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documents in both Indonesian and English.
Coordinate with external legal consultants, notaries, government authorities, and industrial estate management.
Handle company licensing, OSS, NIB, and other corporate compliance requirements.
Monitor legal risks and provide legal advice to management regarding business operations.
Manage corporate documents, shareholder resolutions, deeds, and statutory filings.
Support legal due diligence, audits, and regulatory inspections.
Mandarin Communication
Act as liaison between local management and Chinese headquarters.
Translate business, legal, HR, and operational documents between Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.
Facilitate communication and meetings with Chinese stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Law, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR and/or Legal functions, preferably in a manufacturing or PMA company.
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) is mandatory.
Familiar with Indonesian Labor Law, company licensing, and corporate compliance.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience working with Chinese companies is an advantage.
