Job requirements

Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi / Hukum / Manajemen SDM.
Pengalaman bekerja di bawah Owner
Pengalaman bekerja di perusahaan start up
Pengalaman minimal 5 - 7 tahun di posisi HRD/GA (diutamakan sektor retail, fashion, atau manufaktur).
Memiliki SIM A dan SIM C
Menguasai UU Ketenagakerjaan, administrasi HR, dan sistem penilaian kinerja.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan kepemimpinan yang baik.
Terorganisir, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
Mampu mengoperasikan Ms. Office dan sistem HRIS.
