Job description for HR & GA Supervisor at PT Mastratech Inonesia

As the Senior HR & GA Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources and general administration functions of the organization.

You will play a key role in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the overall business objectives while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the general administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy and Planning:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

- Analyze HR trends and metrics to make data-driven recommendations for improving employee engagement and organizational performance.

2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.

- Ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent by implementing effective recruitment strategies.

3. Employee Relations:

- Act as a point of contact for complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution to ensure a positive work environment.

- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and impartial manner.

4. Performance Management:

- Manage the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.

- Provide coaching and support to managers to enhance their performance management capabilities.

5. Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements to align with business objectives.


6. Compensation and Benefits:

- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.

- Conduct salary surveys and analysis to maintain a competitive compensation structure.

7. HR Policy and Compliance:

- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure the organization's practices remain compliant.

8. General Administration:

- Supervise general administrative tasks, including facilities management, vendor relations, and office supply management.

- Ensure the workplace is well-maintained and complies with health and safety standards.

9. Employee Engagement:

- Lead and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

- Conduct employee surveys and assess feedback to implement improvements.



Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in HR and general administration, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
