Job description for HR and GA Supervisor at PT Catur Pilar Kreasi
OBJECTIVE
Ensure that company accommodating HR activities to support their productivity and loyalty (comben, recruitment, training, performance management, industrial relation).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment and Selection:
- Identify need
- Post job vacancy and filtering candidates
- Initial interview & Schedule with user
- Prepare calculation of employees offering and negotiation, also employee contract
- Welcome new employee, and make sure what the facility for new employee
Compensation and Benefit:
- Prepare monthly plan and updates
- Final check on other benefits requested by employee, such as medical reimbursement, overtime, etc
- Generate salary structure adjustment
Training and Development:
- Identify needs for employees
- Selecting relevant training vendors
- Prepare timeline and schedule
- Reporting results
Performance Management:
- Set performance plan and evaluation system
- Prepare timeline and schedule
- Conduct performance appraisal and reporting
- Monitor internal performance report
Company policy & culture implementation:
- Mensosialisasikan company policy and monitoring
- Menegur karyawan yang tidak sesuai dengan company policy
- Menangani keluhan karyawan
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCE
Minimum Educational Level:
S1 from Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Law or equivalent
Working Experience:
Min 2 years as HR Admin, or 1 year as HR Supervisor
