We’re looking for an experienced and proactive HR & GA Staff to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple HR functions.
HR & GA Staff
Main Responsibilities :
1. Handle employee administration (attendance, leave records, personnel data).
2. Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
3. Manage BPJS, payroll data, and labor law compliance (for companies in Indonesia).
4. Maintain office and restaurant operational needs (office supplies, utilities).
5. Assist with training, SOP implementation, and employee discipline.
6. Support HR reporting and general administrative tasks.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (Management, Psychology, Law, Administration, or related field).
- At least 1 year of experience in HR&GA in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Good understanding of labor regulations and HR administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HRIS (an advantage).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- South Jakarta area preferred.
