Qualification :
- Maximum age of 35 Years Old.
- S1 Any Major (Preferably : HR Management / Psychology.
- Minimum 3 years experience in same field.
- Mastering use of Psychology test tools and having creative ideas for obtaining candidate resources.
- Having integrity, discipline, honestly, loyality and responsibility.
- Have good communication, initiative, accustomed to deadlines and able to work in a team.
- Having good interview & observation skills.
- Have the ability to master MS Office, especially Microsoft Excell and Microsoft Word.
- Having experience in the property industry.
- Willing to be place in Central Jakarta.
- Able to join immediately or as soon as possible.
Job Description :
- Handles end to end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, on multiple platforms and on board / off board employees.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resources policies.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs including but not limited to compensation benefits and leave, productivity, recognition and morale.
- Assist in payroll preparation by compiling overtime data, attendance recap, leave and etc.
- Manage employee data collection (New Employees, Outgoing Employees, Annual Leave Employees, Employees Permit, Employees Attendance, Overtime, Termination, Benefits and Other Recap Every Month).
- Responsible for monthly reports (Payroll, Absences, Leave, and General Affair).
- Responsible for the provision of ATK every month.
