Job description for HR & GA Operations Intern at PT MFF Oilfield Services and Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in processing BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registrations, updates, and administration.
- Assist in payroll preparation and processing, including employee salary calculations and attendance data verification.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Support day-to-day operational activities and ensure efficient office management.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth business operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
