Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prefer : Male, max 40 years.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources and General Affairs management.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, labor regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
- Ability to manage general affairs operations including facilities management, vendor management, and office administration.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
