- General Affairs: office management, security, kitchen & hygiene, facility maintenance, constructions, business trips, etc
- Good knowledge in all aspects of HR (UU Ketenagakerjaan / Ciptakerja, HR Admin, HRIS, Recruitment, Payroll, Employee and Industrial Relations, Compensation and Benefit, Performance Management, and General Affairs);
- Familiar with labour management, good relations with government / regulator institutions, Disnakertrans
- Experience in government relations and knowledgeable in plantation and industrial law
- Strong people, communication and negotiation skill
- Uses tailored influence approaches to create and leverage a network of strategically chosen individuals to improve collective outcomes
