Position: HR & Counselor
Location: Malang, East Java
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology is a must.
- Teaching experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible for ensuring employees have the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude for success
- Capable of providing counseling for students and employees
- Committed to creating a positive learning environment
- Able to do psychological assessment is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Develop training programs for teaching staff
- Manage and enhance employee well-being
- Provide counseling support for students and employees
- Assist with recruitment and human resource management
