Job description for HR & Business Support Intern at PT. Senada Nijdam Design

📍 Location: South Quarter, Cilandak, South Jakarta

📌 Internship (Hybrid)

Job Description

  • Assist with interior project administration and documentation
  • Support vendor and supplier coordination
  • Assist in managing company documents, databases, and operational records
  • Support recruitment activities and HR administration
  • Assist in managing social media content and project portfolios
  • Create simple visual content using Canva
  • Edit short-form content using CapCut
  • Support procurement activities, including quotation requests, price comparisons, and purchase documentation
  • Assist the Owner and Management Team with daily operational tasks
  • Prepare reports and follow up on ongoing tasks and projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations

Qualifications

  • Active university student, minimum Semester 3
  • Majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Communication, or related fields
  • Strong interest in business operations, HR, recruitment, procurement, and project administration
  • Fast learner and willing to take on new challenges
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
  • Proactive with good problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and multitasking environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in Canva
  • Basic CapCut skills are preferred
  • Own a personal laptop suitable for daily work
  • Preferably residing in nearby areas with easy access to the office location in Cilandak
  • Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement

Working Arrangement

  • Minimum 3 days Work From Office (WFO) per week, 8 hours per day
  • Minimum 2 days Work From Anywhere (WFA) per week, 8 hours per day
  • Remaining schedule can be adjusted based on university commitments and company needs
