Job description for HR & Admin Specialist at PT FLOWISTIC NUSANTARA

Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently manage the full-cycle recruitment of local Indonesian employees, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, onboarding interview and entry procedures, and maintain the local talent pool.

2. Be familiar with Indonesian labor laws, BPJS social insurance and personal tax policies, handle employee entry, resignation, probation confirmation, transfer, attendance calculation, labor contract signing and filing, and solve daily labor issues.

3. Assist in monthly salary calculation and verification for local employees, manage employee social insurance, benefits, team building and other welfare affairs.

4. Be responsible for daily office management, office supplies procurement and inventory management, equipment maintenance, visitor reception, meeting arrangement and document filing to ensure smooth office operation.

5. Conduct daily communication and work coordination between Chinese headquarters and Indonesian local team, sort out bilingual work reports and ledgers, and synchronize work progress.

6. Complete other temporary HR and administrative tasks assigned by superiors, and support local business development and team building.

Job requirements:

1. Have at least 3 years of full-time working experience in HR and administrative positions in Indonesia, familiar with the full workflow of HR and administrative work of local enterprises, experience in Chinese-funded Indonesian companies is preferred.

2. Fluent in oral Chinese for daily workplace communication without barriers, proficient in Indonesian listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to independently handle local official communication and document writing; basic English skills are preferred.

3. Proficient in Indonesian labor laws, BPJS policies, salary tax declaration and labor contract management; skilled in Office software, able to independently make various ledgers and reports.

4. Meticulous, rigorous and organized in work, with excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities, able to work under pressure and handle unexpected work problems independently.

5. Able to work in Indonesia for a long time, obey work arrangements, with good professional ethics.
