Factory HR & Operations Manager
Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Factory HR & Operations Manager to oversee the overall daily management of our factory. This role will be responsible for HR management, recruitment, warehouse organization, material planning, purchasing coordination, and order processing, ensuring smooth and efficient factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage overall HR activities at the factory, including end to end recruitment, onboarding, attendance, personnel management, and employee relations.
* Develop and maintain a stable and efficient factory workforce.
* Manage daily employee issues and coordinate with management to resolve operational problems.
* Plan and optimize the warehouse layout, storage areas, picking areas, and material flow to improve efficiency.
* Monitor inventory and coordinate **material planning, reservation, and purchasing based on production and order requirements.
* Coordinate with suppliers and relevant teams to ensure materials are available on time.
* Handle order printing, order preparation, and related documentation.
* Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, purchasing, and management teams to ensure orders are completed on schedule.
* Establish and improve basic factory management processes and SOPs.
* Take responsibility for overall factory organization, discipline, and operational efficiency.
* Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
* 35 years old or above preferred, with mature judgment and strong sense of responsibility.
* Previous experience in factory management, HR, warehouse management, or operations is highly preferred.
* Strong organizational and coordination skills.
* Able to independently identify problems and drive solutions.
* Practical, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
* Good communication and people-management skills.
* English communication ability is a strong advantage.
* Experience in garment, apparel, FMCG, or e-commerce-related factories is a plus.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is mature, hands-on, responsible, and capable of managing people and daily factory operations independently. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking ownership and coordinating across HR, warehouse, purchasing, and production functions.
