About us:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate tracking systems.
Communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Support onboarding activities for new hires.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, including document preparation and reporting.
Maintain and organize employee records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
Support HR-related inquiries and employee relations activities.
Requirements:
Proficient in English
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
A proactive and positive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
