Deskripsi Pekerjaan
✔️ Mengelola administrasi HR, termasuk pengarsipan dokumen karyawan
✔️ Menangani proses rekrutmen awal, onboarding, dan exit clearance
✔️ Mengurus absensi, payroll support, dan administrasi BPJS
✔️ Mengelola database karyawan
✔️ Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional HR
Kualifikasi:
✔️ Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang administrasi HR
✔️ Menguasai Microsoft Office; pengalaman dengan sistem HRIS menjadi nilai tambah
✔️ Detail, rapi, dan memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik
✔️ Mampu bekerja dalam lingkungan yang cepat dan dinamis
✔️ Pengalaman di perusahaan outsourcing/headhunter menjadi poin plus
