- Manage the company's employee database, employment contracts, and employee records (attendance, annual leave, sick leave, unpaid leave & medical leave).
- Handling payroll monthly report of all employees.
- Oversees the administrative and organisational functions of a company.
- Advertise positions and source candidates via various platforms
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor in Manajemen/Psychology/Law.
- Proven 1+ year of experience as an HR admin.
- Detail-oriented individual.
- Understands about hiring process.
- Fast response, proactive and high initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
