Monitoring progress pengisian kompetensi sesuai jadwal yang ditetapkan.
Mengumpulkan, memverifikasi, dan mengarsipkan data hasil evaluasi kompetensi
Melakukan input, rekapitulasi, hasil evaluasi kompetensi
Mendukung pelaksanaan project Organization Development lainnya

Kualifikasi

Mahasiswa aktif atau fresh graduate dari semua jurusan
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, terutama Excel.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
Teliti, terorganisir, dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik.
Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
