Job description for Housekeeping Staff (Perempuan) at Betterplace Property Management
Role Summary:
The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This role ensures that all rooms and facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, contributing to a positive guest experience. Housekeeping Staff must be detail-oriented, efficient, and dedicated to providing a welcoming and sanitary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning and Maintenance
Ensure all villa areas, including guest rooms, common spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms, are meticulously cleaned and maintained to high standards.
2. Laundry and Linen Care
Manage laundry services, including washing, ironing, and storage of linens and guest clothing, ensuring they are always in pristine condition.
3. Inventory Management
Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other housekeeping materials to ensure sufficient stock is always available.
4. Guest Interaction
Provide excellent customer service by attending to guest requests, offering assistance when needed, and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
5. Report Issues
Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to management promptly, ensuring villa operations run smoothly.
6. Mobile Work
Be flexible and willing to work across different villa locations with travel supported by a company-covered fuel allowance.
Requirements:
1. Experience
Previous experience in Housekeeping or Butler within the villa or hotel industry is preferred.
2. Mobility
Willingness to work in various locations across Canggu and Pererenan, with travel between sites required.
3. Attention to Detail
Strong eye for detail to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
4. Physical Stamina
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
5. Communication Skills
Good communication skills in English; ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
6. Time Management
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
7. Work Authorization
Must be legally allowed to work in Indonesia.
