Job description for Housekeeping Attendant at PT. DELAPAN BELAS PROPERTINDO - 18 Suite Villa
We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our Housekeeping team for the following positions:
1. Room Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Clean, dust, vacuum, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock room amenities/minibar.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items immediately.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant stay for guests.
2. Public Area (PA) Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and neatness in all public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, offices, and outdoor areas).
- Dust furniture, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors in assigned areas.
- Empty trash bins regularly and ensure sanitizing stations are fully stocked.
- Greet guests politely whenever encountered in public spaces.
General Requirements:
- High School diploma, Vocational High School (SMK Perhotelan), or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism.
- Minimum [1 year] of experience in the same position (Fresh graduates with internship experience in housekeeping are welcome).
- Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and proper sanitation techniques.
- Physically fit, detail-oriented, and guest-oriented.
