Housekeeping & Pool Maintenance Staff
This position plays an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall quality of our resort facilities, ensuring that every guest enjoys a pleasant and satisfying experience.
Job Responsibilities
Housekeeping Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms according to resort cleanliness standards.
Maintain cleanliness of public areas, resort facilities, and surrounding areas.
Perform daily housekeeping duties, including:
Mopping and cleaning floors.
Dusting and maintaining room cleanliness.
Changing bed linen, blankets, and towels.
Ensuring rooms are neat, clean, and ready for guest arrival.
Check room conditions and report any damages or maintenance issues.
Pool Maintenance Responsibilities:
Perform regular swimming pool maintenance and cleaning.
Maintain cleanliness of the pool area and surrounding facilities.
Monitor and maintain water quality, including checking:
pH levels.
Chlorine levels.
Overall water cleanliness.
Clean pool surfaces, pool equipment, and surrounding areas.
Perform basic inspection of pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and circulation systems.
Monitor and report any issues related to pool chemicals, equipment, or required repairs.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, cleaning services, or swimming pool maintenance is preferred.
Basic knowledge of swimming pool care, chemicals, and pool equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
Basic English communication skills are an advantage, especially for interacting with international guests.
