A Hotel in Seminyak, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic HK Room Spv (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular supervision of housekeeping staff, including evaluating their technical skills, knowledge, work quality, and professional behavior
- Provide continuous coaching and development to team members, including delivering training programs to improve performance and service standards
- Enforce discipline by addressing repeated mistakes and taking appropriate corrective actions when necessary
- Empower staff by reviewing performance, monitoring productivity, and ensuring team members meet operational targets
- Maintain strong coordination and communication within the department and across other sections to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle guest complaints effectively by providing appropriate solutions and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Analyze recurring complaints to identify root causes and implement preventive measures
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Housekeeping Room Supervisor similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong supervisory, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
