Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Carrying out Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and maintenance of building equipment and supplies.
- Create operational budgets in Dept. Engineering Operation of building mechanical, electrical and civil instrument systems.
- Manage technician schedules and tasks, make regular reports to superiors.
- Communicating the goals of the company to all engineers and professionals in the team.
- Supervising every phase of the project from start to completion.
- Calculating costs, material, labor, and time required for each project.
- Approving designs and budgets.
- Supervising staff training as well as equipment installation.
- Performing quality control checks on all systems and products.
- Acknowledging or rewarding good work.
Keahlian :
Understanding the whole aspects of hotel
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum 3 year’s experience in similar position from 4 star business hotel
- Qualified with high levels of plan, coordinate, direct and control all engineering activities
- At least Diploma degree
- Below 45 Years Old
- A great team player with excellence communication skills
