Job Opening : Steward (Daily Worker)
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning & Sanitation: Washing, sanitizing dishes/utensils, cleaning food prep areas, floors, and kitchen equipment; ensuring high hygiene.
- Table & Area Setup: Setting up dining tables with cutlery, condiments, and essentials; resetting tables after guests leave.
- Inventory & Stocking: Managing and restocking service stations with beverages, linens, and supplies; organizing storerooms.
- Guest Support: Greeting guests, seating them, serving water, answering basic questions, and relaying concerns to servers/managers.
- Operational Support: Assisting kitchen and service staff, setting up/breaking down event areas, disposing of waste, and maintaining safety protocols.
Essential Skills
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork and communication.
Qualification
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in the same position, preferebly from 4 or 5 star Hotel.
- Min. SMK/SMA graduated, preferably Male Candidate.
- Knows how to use diswasher machine.
- Familiar with Hotel chinawares & utensils, chemical usage kitchen & Restaurant's maintenance.
