The Restaurant Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and customer base. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building relationships with both individual customers and business partners, promoting special events and menu offerings, and providing excellent customer service. This role also involves tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the management team to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to sales and a genuine interest in creating memorable experiences for guests.
Candidates must hold an Associate Degree or equivalent. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is required. Proficiency in customer service, customer engagement, sales strategy, sales and marketing, customer relationship management, B2C sales, communication skills, sales management, B2B sales, and account management is essential.
