Job description for Hotel Reservation Agent at LOYO & BONDAR
Responsibilities:
Be able to provide all Front Desk Agent operations
Processing reservation record in PMS
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Provide information about property amenities and local attractions
Assisting guests who request additional services
Up sale property services (including transfer, catering, F&B, events, etc)
Answer all incoming calls
Processing customer payments
Maintain records and files
Keeping the work place neat, orderly, and sanitized at all times
Eliminate the possibility of property reputation detriment
