Job Description:
- Establish business plans by analyzing market demand for cafe, bar, and multi-purpose venue operations
- Oversee daily operations not only for cafe & bar, but also overall building management and tenant activities
- Manage reservations and operational flow for venue spaces and facilities
- Control purchases and inventory
- Record and analyze cost, stock, and sales performance
- Maintain customer satisfaction by monitoring and evaluating service quality
- Ensure all staff follows the SOPs
- Ensure all facilities meet safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Stay updated with emerging trends in F&B and lifestyle/venue management industries
- Maintains operations by preparing policies, reservation systems, and standard operating procedures, aiming for consistent productivity and quality.
- Help recruit, train and manage cafe staff to meet service quality standards.
