Requirements :
- Graduate from hospitality/hotel management or related field.
- Proven experience in front office, e-commerce management or related.
- Have strong understanding of reservation system and e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platform.
- Good in English both spoken and written.
Responsibilities :
- Managing and maintaining OTA of our property clients.
- Designing and launching online marketing campaigns.
- Make a strategic plan to increase revenue of our clients property.
- Analyzing and monitoring the property's sales performance and online marketing strategies that have been implemented.
- Maintaining the security and confidentiality of costumer data and ensure compliance with privacy regulations and related rules.
