Job description for Hotel Accountant at Bali Staff Solutions
A Hotel in Sukawati, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Hotel Accountant (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date hotel financial records in compliance with local accounting standards and company policies
- Handle and organize all primary financial documentation including bookings, receipts, invoices and expenses
- Manage the hotel’s cash register, monitor daily income and expenditures and ensure all transactions are properly recorded
- Prepare monthly financial and operational reports for internal management review
- Communicate effectively with local suppliers, vendors and government/regulatory authorities in coordination with the local team
- Utilize accounting and reporting software such as Excel, 1C / BAS, or others as required
- Assist with compliance for local tax filings and financial audits
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven at least 2 years of experience working as a Hotel Accountant or in a related position
- Solid knowledge of local financial, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in Excel and familiarity with 1C / BAS or similar accounting software
- Familiarity with Cloudbeds would be a plus
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a high sense of responsibility
