The role of Waitress & Waiter and Hostess involves providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors.
Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Experience in , Customer Service, Western Restaurant, Barbecue Restaurant, and Restaurant Reception is highly preferred.
