The Guest Relations Officer and Hostess will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests upon arrival, managing front desk operations, and providing support in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, directing guests to their destinations, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and other departments. The role also involves organizing and maintaining administrative records, preparing reports, and supporting event coordination when necessary. A strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.

Candidates must be female, have completed SMA/SMK education, and possess between 1 and 3 years of experience in a related field. Proficiency in customer service, teamwork, and communication is required, along with basic computer skills such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and public speaking abilities, as well as a good command of the English language, are highly desirable.
