Job description for Hostess at CASA LUNA GROUP
As a Hostess at Indus Restaurant, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming and assisting guests while ensuring a smooth dining experience. The role also supports the service team during busy periods, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and assisting with daily restaurant operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage guest seating and assist with table arrangements
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow
- Assist the service team during busy hours when needed
- Support taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and other service duties
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant service or as a Hostess is preferred
- Candidates with a service background are highly preferred as the position will also assist the service team
- Friendly, confident, and well-groomed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, proactive, and a good team player
