Position: Host / Hostess
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
- Accompany guests to their tables while ensuring a warm and seamless seating experience.
- Coordinate with the service team to provide an exceptional dining experience.
- Assist guests with restaurant information, menus, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Minimum 2 year of experience as a Host/Hostess or in a Front Office role is preferred.
- Ready to join ASAP
