ey Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.
Maintain accurate information regarding table availability and reservations.
Coordinate with Service, Restaurant, and other operational teams regarding guest requirements.
Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about facilities, menus, promotions, and events.
Assist in managing guest queues during busy periods.
Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of the reception/hostess area.
Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Maintain a professional appearance, grooming, and positive attitude at all times.
Ensure all guests receive friendly, attentive, and personalized service.
Assist with special guest requests, VIP arrangements, and events when required.
Follow company SOPs, service standards, and safety regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
