As a Hostess at Luma Restaurant, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, providing them with a warm and welcoming environment from the moment they step through our doors. Your key responsibilities will include managing reservations, directing guests to their tables, and ensuring their needs are promptly attended to throughout their stay. You will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, contributing to the overall ambiance of the restaurant. We are looking for candidates who are at least 17 years old with a completed SMA/SMK education level. Prior experience in a hospitality setting is preferred, but we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn over extensive experience. You should possess strong teamwork skills, a genuine passion for customer service, and a solid understanding of restaurant reception procedures.
