The role of Waitress & Waiter and Hostess involves providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all customers. The Hostess will also be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations, including handling reservations and coordinating with the kitchen staff. This position requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a high standard of service.

Candidates must be female, have completed SMA/SMK education, and possess between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong skills in customer service, teamwork, and customer experience are essential.
